Nebula Physio and Wellbeing Ltd is looking for an experienced MSK physiotherapist to cover a period of maternity leave. Cover will run from approximately mid-later October 2024 through to approximately December 2025. Applications will be accepted for either part-time or up to full-time work. The post holder will work as a senior physiotherapist providing high quality, responsive outpatient physiotherapy. They should be clinically competent and have good manual therapy and people skills. Nebula Physio and Wellbeing is committed to promoting a wellbeing approach, providing a rounded approach to treatment. The post holder must be comfortable integrating emotional wellbeing support within their physiotherapy treatment. As part of their role, the post holder will also be required to undertake some business-related administrative duties, please see the ‘your duties’ section below for further details.

This post will involve lone working, but the post holder will have the support of a senior physiotherapist. This roll offers significant flexibility in working patterns to promote a work-life balance. Hours are available weekdays, evenings and weekends; however evenings and weekends are not a requirement, applications will still be accepted if the post holder only wishes to work standard weekday hours.

This will be a fixed-term employment contract (approximately 13 months). There may be the opportunity to continue working for this company following the completion of the maternity leave cover.

Salary depends on experience (£20.50-£23.50 per hour).

• A relevant degree/qualification in Physiotherapy
• HCPC Registration as a Physiotherapist
• Minimum of 3 years experience within an MSK outpatient setting
• Acupuncture qualification
• Experience of treating persistent pain conditions
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• An empathetic and motivational personality
• Full vaccination against COVID-19
• Authorisation to work in the UK

• Pilates

• Independently provide physiotherapy assessment to formulate a clinical diagnosis and provide treatments of own MSK caseload using an evidence-enhanced and best practice approach.
• Management of clients experiencing a wide range of MSK conditions, including chronic pain.
• Manage own caseload of patients effectively and efficiently.
• Form treatment plans and maintain physiotherapy records in line with HCPC regulations.
• Being professionally and legally responsible for own work.
• Ensure CPD is maintained in line with professional standards.
• Undertake business-related administrative duties such as answering client phone calls/emails, managing client bookings, billing insurance companies, stock-taking, and business promotion (training will be provided for administrative duties).
