From 2007 to 2008 Sarah worked within Addenbrookes NHS hospital where she worked alongside Pain Clinic clinicians. This lead to her developing a strong interest in chronic/persistent pain conditions. She went on to train as a neurolinguistic programming (NLP) practitioner in 2022 along with undergoing extensive ongoing chronic pain management training via SIPRA UK since 2022. Sarah believes that the combination of these skills allow her to treat people with pain holistically, as well as being able to coach them towards their personal goals.
Spinal conditions, chronic pain, knee and shoulder conditions, sporting injuries and rheumatological conditions are areas Sarah specialises in. She is also trained in physiotherapy-led clinical Pilates (APPI). In addition, Sarah offers musculoskeletal physiotherapy for children aged between 10 and 18 years.
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys going to the gym and swimming.
Please note: Sarah does not offer acupuncture or treat vestibular/vertigo issues/migraines.
